If you were God, would you work in TV? Would you have enough funding? Would you have editorial control? Religion on TV is often a sacred cow, relegated to earnest talk shows and broadcasts of church services. Rarely does anyone make fun of it, question its premises, or simply turn it into entertainment. Religion may be the greatest untapped resource for public TV. Prepare to have your deepest assumptions challenged. And pray for continued funding for public TV.
