Creating new ideas for a drama series is tough, trying out new formats complicated and inventing new shows are expensive. Why not get yourself some inspiration from other countries and take a peek at what’s been tested and aired successfully. Why shouldn’t public broadcasters learn from commercial networks and borrow a little? Be it only to come up with better drama-series that work for a wider local audience.
