As a viewer we love to witness moments in other people’s lives you are actually not supposed to see. In this session we take a look behind closed doors of families and neighbors. It might even feel a bit uncomfortable to watch and listen to their conversations, but we just can’t stop watching either. These programs attract a lot of viewers, but is there enough mission to still make them worthy of public service media? What’s a good mix between mission and voyeurism and where does public service end?
