Today the cry is get ratings -entertain us! So what do we do wih boring reality. Using the excuse we were only obeying orders, we seek out those dealing with scandal, crime, the exotic, and with pious energy record every naughty deed. We even tart up the ordinary in an effort to make it sexy. Are we being hypocritical, or should we stay pure and let the other channel have the ratings?
