To be young and innocent today is truly to be part of an endangered species. A world, where values are shifting, where cultures are in confrontation and societies in ruin, is creating a truly “lost generation”. More strongly than a documentary, drama can bring home the impact of societal conflict on the young, particularly on young women who are vulnerable because they are both young and women.
