We say we are unique because we often tell stories about serious social issues and take pride in uncovering corruption, giving people a trustworthy alternative in a world of fake news. Yawn … Don’t worry. You are not going to find any of that kind of programming in this session. We invite you into a world of happy TV that provides good company: fun, fascinating people sharing stories that are enjoyable to spend time with. Believe it or not, public service media can entertain too. But do these shows leave out important issues just to bring you pleasure? Or do they entertain with a twist of relevance for our viewers? Do they freshen the image of public service broadcasting with the intention of becoming more appealing to new audiences?
