The public has become inured to the grief, the anger and the seemingly ritual condemnations of the killings in Northern Ireland. But here, in dramatic form, is a picture of part of the reality of a bitter struggle between security forces and terrorists. In a period of six weeks in 1982, six unarmed civilians were gunned down by SAS-trained members of the Royal Ulster Constabulary.
