Two very different films, sharing nothing in common and dealing with very different topics, yet both re-creating an art of storytelling. These films employ dramatic narrative structure in a myriad of ways, using nuance, time and respect in revealing the background of the stories of the subjects. Through the juxtaposition and association of images, sounds and repetition, the audience is invited to read between the lines to understand the story that is not on the screen.
