Playing for the same club creates a unique bond. Even though players may have individual conflicts with one another, on the field they must stand together to win. An argument with a teammate is easily forgotten when they score the winning goal in the final second. But it can escalate just as quickly when they miss, causing the team to lose the match. In this first season Hannes, one of the friends, receives an offer to transfer to their rival club, FC Blauw Wit. A major dilemma: to move up as a footballer, transferring to a better team is a smart move. Hannes is faced with a heartbreaking choice: does he follow his dream and make the move to the rival club, or does he choose to keep playing football with his friends? And there’s Loubna, who’s dad is yelling mean comments to the opponents during every match. It makes her not want to play anymore, because of her fathers’ behaviour.
