This is a film in defence of local and private memories. It is about finding a place to stand in a place-less society. It is an experience which asks the audience to taste the lasagna and smell the espresso. St. Bruno... is the story of a thirty-year old man named Bruno who lives at home with his mother and older brother on Grace St., in the heart of Little Italy, a neighbourhood he chronicles through his photographs. His mother came to this area from Calabria, Italy, thirty-five years ago. Bruna has a love/hate relationship with his neighbourhood, but for him, a day without going to College Street just isn´t the same.
