A live comedy/entertainment slot. Some of the highlights of SOMETHING ELSE include the opening monologue by the program's host, Andreu Buenafuente; live sketches by members of the program's team; ´blind interviews´ (the blindfolded host asks a mystery guest yes/no questions in an attempt to guess that person's identity) ; live musical performances; a satirical newscast called ´News Update´; a segment called ´Zapping´ consisting of gags parodying other television formats; and other segments making reference to current events. The studio, seating 200 people, is set up in the form of an amphitheater with a stage in the background for the program's live band.
