Using archive film and victim´s accounts from three public incidents of confrontations with police, Southall 1979, Orgreave 1984 and Stonehenge 1985, the programme argues that with increasing police power we are heading for constitucional crisis. Paul Boateng presenting the programme argues that politicians from all parties are frightened to tackle this issue for fear of being branded anti-police.
