The documentary analyses the television propaganda put out by the Chilean opposition during the campaign for he plebiscite in October 1988. It includes sample for on-aire-transmissions, interviews with the people who made the ads, and the public reaction to the TV-campaign. This programme was shown in Chile by Teleanalisis through 350 local community outlets, through 1.200 screenings, reaching an audience of 50.000 people. (official state or private TV-channels were of course not prepared to show the material).
