Director Zelimir Zilnik always looks for the unusual and the bizarre in life. His previous film and TV-work has dealt with unusual people and their fates, bringing these people in front of the camera to reconstruct and comment on events that shaped their lives. This time, Zelimir Zilnik goes to a Yugoslav region from which young men and women emigrate to America, hoping to realize their dream of a rich and easy life.
