A MAN ASIDE

Ricardo Liaño, a Spanish immigrant settled in Chile, boxing promoter, show business producer and creator of a number of muddy businesses, now an octogenarian poor man, wanders around with the obsession of still being a winner and of becoming a millionaire for the third time of his life. “A Man Aside” is a documentary about ageing, solitude and death. A film that – through a singular mix of tragedy and comedy – shows the drama of a human being facing the inevitability of his own decay.
