In YOU ARE MY MOTHER the actor Joop Admiraal (Het Werk-Teater Amsterdam) talks about the reality of his own private life –of the Sunday visits to his mother, who, ill and rather confused in her mind, lives in a home for aged and sick people in Delft. It is a dialogue. Although it is the end of their time together, two people still try to communicate with each other and to bring some sort of order into the memories they share.
