CAIGA QIEN CAIGA is a weekly news summary which approaches national and international current affairs, show business and sports from a humorous angle. With irony and absurdity as the main tools for this approach, CQC reproduces a conceptually journalistic work method which allows the show to look into reality and interact with its protagonists from a different viewpoint and with a peculiar style. The main goal of the programme is generating a humorous proposal based on the journalistic information which the media usually deal with. CQC's philosophy is to make a humorous point operating almost exclusively on celebrities. This conception originated the Caiga quien Caiga, which in Spanish is a saying that summarises the idea of doing something, no matter the rank or position of the person who will bear the consequences. Wherever there is a politician, an artist, a sportsperson or any manifestation of urban culture, CQC may be present.
