How can public television increase people’s interest in their own language and make it a high priority item for many? This series has succeeded in doing just that (share: 30%). The host is not outraged at current usage. He is permissive and delighted. Yet the “language police” get their share of programme time, as well. But interactivity with the viewers is given top priority, and that has made it necessary to invent a completely new format: Surprise, entertainment and a challengingly high bar to try to clear. This is TV for all languages!
