The fim from Mrs. Lea Rosh is based on facts and has a documentary character. Only researches during several years by Mr. Günther Schwarberg, journalist at the weekly 'Stern', and Mrs. Barbara Hüsing, a lawyer, made the 'Tribunal' possible, that took place in Hamburg on 3 days in April 1986. The case, the tribunal was arranged for, is the murder of 48 persons, among them 20 children at the age of 5 to 12 years. Thay all were prisioners of the concentration camp of the victims produced evidence of the awful crime commited by the member of the german SS, Arnold Strippel, who, nowadays, is living in West Germany without ever being judged fot his crime. The judges say their sentence and give a warning: a country where Nazi murderers can live unpunishied, is susceptible for new fascism. A german public prosecutor had - in earlier poceedings- commented the hanging of the children with the following words: 'Apart from the taking away of the children´s life no other evil was inflicted upon them'.
