Tolerance

Young couple with social and financial problems in Hungary. They have very little money and there is almost no hope to have and apartment of their own They can hardly feed their children . Eventually the husband gets into trouble and is jailed only to be followed by his wife for her refusal to have sex with her boss but she can only avoid it by violence. With both parents in jail, the children are taken away from them and given to the care of people who do not have children of their own. As soon as the young couple leave prison , they start an everlasting fight for their children, for a job, for a place to stay . Even armed with all official papers, first effort to get back and even find a place to live. Then, in a dramatic scene the people who had their children would like toliterally by one of them ... This feature, financed jointly by Hungarian Television and Hungarian Film Company´s Studio Budapest offers a wide-range overview of social problems in Hungary today: it looks at life , things and events from the point of view of those -and they are many who are down and out , less lucky and less talented and are fighting for a place in society.
