The Stone Breaker

This short drama describes all the problems of aspiring to a standard of living which can only be achieved by men emigrating to Northern Europe and the consequent positive, but mainly negative, results. All is revealed by little touches: family, social and love life, the loss of fundamental values both traditional and cultural. The sequel is currently being shot around Lyons (France) which follows the search by a young Tunisian for the answers to the whys and wherefores of emigration which he wondered about back home.
