The Montreal suite

the producer commissioned works from five Montreal contempory music composers. They were given a choice among five themes suggested by the producer: the four seasons in Montreal, from dawn to dusk, as well a Creation, the fifth season. The program follows the development of the creative process of the composers. Finally, it also provides a sort of visual interpretation of the music the composers created through the use of images shot in Montreal throughout the year. This, in essence, is the purpose of THE SUITE MONTREALAISE.
