The Last Parade

“The Last Parade” video was filmed on the eye of the celebrations of the 50th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War against Nazis Germany. For several days our camera-men filmed old men and women, war veterans, who, overcoming senile ailments, were ready to take part in the ceremonial march on Red Square on May 9th. They rehearsed the ceremonial step and how to stand at “Attention.” It was really difficult for them, but they did everything to proudly and fittingly march on the day of the celebrations on the capital´s main square. It was the last parade for practically everyone of them. The youngest of them was not less than 70 years old.
