Part One is a disturbing chronicle of sexual and physical abuse in a boys´ orphanage run by the All Saint Brothers during the early 1970´s. Part Two picks up the story 15 years later when an inquiry into the events of the early 1970´s, including allegations of abuse at the orphanage and a coverup by the Church and provincial government, reopens old wounds.
