Terrorism: their war, our weakness

The programme looked at the dilemma of democracies constantly under threat by terrorists and how to fight terrorism without sacrificing the values that are both a democracy’s strength and its weakness. Can television become accomplice to terrorism? Where does the line define between witnessing, informing and becoming a target, a pawn used by the terrorists.
