Surfing the Web of Hate

The Internet is flooded with sexual harassment and death threats, mostly aimed at women. Why do some men feel free to do this? This reportage takes a closer look at the phenomenon of misogyny and hate speech on the web and we meet well-known Swedish women who are used to receiving serious threats. We also meet 21-year old Julia, an ordinary Swedish girl who wrote a post on clothing giant H&M’s Facebook page and received thousands of threatening and humiliating comments. Reporters Nicke Nordmark and Hasse Johansson confront some of the men who threatened Julia, to ask: WHY?
