But Roza soon finds out that Jim is not interested in her affection but her money. Roza becomes the victim in a horrific case of identity fraud, as Jimi accumulates a huge amount of debt in Roza’s name. Roza is so afraid to confront Jimi, that she needs the help of her grandparents to get out. After fleeing the relationship, she finds out that Jimi has had other victims. He has been scamming potential love interests for years. Roza gets in contact with Mimi, whose best friend had the same experience. Together, they and other victims report Jimi to the police. In the trial the victims find strength in each other, and dare to face Jimi for the first time since he broke their hearts and stole their money.
