Roots

This is a debut film of student filmmaker Tatiana Kaluzhina. 'Roots' features Tatiana´s vacations at her parents´ house. Her mother is equipping Tatiana for a journey to Kiev, where she is studying. In the morning her mother says 'I wish you had left earlier – you only bring trouble!' And in the evening 'You´d better leave!' She offered her daughter Tatiana the life that she did not dare give up, and she thinks that she made the right choice when she did not dare to make a new life far from her native home. And when she did not dare to make her dreams come true…
