Report to Heaven

REPORT TO HEAVEN is the first thoroughly planned researched fiction story by the young director Ulf Malmros – in fact his Opera Prima. Victor is 16 and still alive, but it was very close shave: not long ago he was very close to drowning but was miraculously brought back to life after a twelve minute cardiac arrest. Since then his life is totally changed: he begins to see things no one else can see, he meets people has never encountered before. Like pretty Anna, who make his heart beat faster. Not only because she looks very much like a young girl, found murdered the night after Victor´s and Anna´s first encounter. Soon they realize the scaring truth: Anna is the murdered girl, and Victor is the only living person who can see, and talk to, her. A strange messenger hands over a thick notebook to Anna, and summons her to write her Report to Heaven, if she id the least interested in getting there. The most important detail in the report is to nail down the killer. Anna and Victor now have only seven days to complete the Report...
