Emilie, Stella, Ines and Marion form a little gang at school. Although they come from different backgrounds, they ¡nvent their own hermetic world, enabling each girl to escape her fears and anxieties. Their constant question¡ng and exploration are paced by tragi-comic events: the departure of Emilie's mother, the death of Stella's dog, the theft of a fetal skeleton, slapstick gags. As time goes by, the four girls move on to more serious things: each chooses a boy from the upper grade to be her heart-throb. It is a time of budding hopes. And with experience, Emilie, Stella, Ines and Marion learn that they will always be inseparable.
