Peace Isn´t Over, I Meant the War

In 1996, UNICEF celebrates its fiftieth anniversary with special events aimed at drawing the attention of governments and people to its actions to aid children in 149 countries. Victims of totalitarianism, hardship, ignorance, fanaticism, war and indifference, these children are often forced to fight for their survival. The stories are written and directed by five established Italian film directors known for their particular commitment and attention to social problems.
