Outcast

Asia is a fourteen year old girl attending high school. Recently a hospital for HIV-infected patients has opened in the neighbourhood. Her father is afraid of infecting himself with HIV and organises a protest against the help centre. However, he is not aware that his daughter Asia is herself infected with the virus and is the one that is most affected by his intolerance and xenophobia. School of Life is the first docusoap with a mission‚ aimed at young people, their parents and teachers, revealing the problems faced by high school students in adolescence. It is the voice of Public Television in an ongoing discussion about the condition of Polish schools.
