No name program

It is difficult to find a genre for this innovative show that is on air every Thursday on ORF1. Some call it popliteral dictionary, others lifestylemagazine, documentary, onemanshow, music t.v. of just ´cult´.. There could not have been a different title than ´no name program´. What is it all about? Well there is this guy. We do not know his name or his face; but we know his girlfriend, his friends, his house, his opinions on everything. From the OFF he tells us not just everything about his life but also everything he knows. He talks like we talk when we sit in a bar coming from one issue to the next or returning to a point that had happened before. He is lead by intuition and associations. And his contents include everything from music to history from art to biology from t.v. to gossip. There is no matter he is not interested in. And while he is talking we see archive material from all decades. The ´NO NAME PROGRAM´ not only prevents the structures of the common t.v. shows and presents guests in a complete new way.
