'No Rubber, No Way' is a programme about AIDS aimed at low-income teenagers and especially at street kids. Blending interviews, cartoons and fiction the video captures these young people´s attention by approaching the subject from the angle of their everyday lives. There is a bit of everything: joking, flirting, four-letter words. The result is a dynamic, humorous programme, which transmits basic information on AIDS to a semi-literate public that is highly vulnerable to STDs and whose main source of information is television.
