Jane Devine comes from a family that has been decimated by cancer. Her father, her 14 year-old sister, her 7 year-old brother, her niece and her own 3-year-old daughter were all taken by the disease. Six years ago, Jane herself was diagnosed with breast cancer. It spread throughout her body and eventually killed her. The curious thing about Jane is that she is not depressing. Tall, slim, beautiful and elegant, she expresses herself through her music, her writing and her words with grace, wit and charm and a healthy touch of stroppiness.
