Music fantasy

This work was inspired by the ancient Japanese NOH play “Kurozuka”, meaning a desolate moor.It portrays a man wandering through the wilderness, as if drawn onward by a thread of fate. He is seeking the woman who disappeared after he had once pledged himself to her. But when he fins her at the end of his long journey, she has turned into a man-eating demon.Is what he finds in her hut, in the high grasses of that desolate moor, dream or reality? Through the plight of one man, seemingly lost in an endless maze, this music fantasy explores the nature of human integrity and true love.
