Moon children

The native of San Blas calls albino “Moon Children”, who are the tribe’s rejects, only permitted to work at night and not allowed to get married. In Taiwan, albino encounters similar ordeals.Wu Kuo-Hwang was forced to quit his job at 16 because he was mistaken as “ghost” one night by a few female colleagues. Other rejections was waiting for him. However he didn’t give up his faith. Through his own effort and other albinos’ help, he has become a self-employed certified masseur and also forgotten married with two children.Wu’s albino friends all have their own stories which share a similar theme-discriminated by the society. They are the victims of the public ignorance.“Moon Children” is collage of their joy and sadness.
