MEDEA, a Greek tragedy, is as applicable today as it was 2,000 years ago. It portrays magnificently the anger, frustration, fear and love of a woman scorned by a man for whom she has sacrificed everything: birthright, family, and homeland only to be forsaken for another younger woman whose position is politically expedient for the ambitious Jason.Miss Anderson was nominated for an Emy as Best Supporting Actress in 1983.
