Mathias, le procès des gangs

Mathias is a death-row inmate in Guinea. Only 20 years old, he was convicted after teenage gangs committed a rash of violent armed crimes in Conakry at the end of 1994. The trial found five of the 'gangsters' guilty and condemned to death, while the others were condemned to a sentence of hard labour. The film sheds light on the complex process of democracy.
