Maggie and the men of Minnesota

In this slightly offbeat television movie, a woman wonders: are there any interesting men of character out there? And if so, can they be fond of women of character. In her search for a tender, intelligent man, this particular woman has reason form pessimism. She wonders too, if the reticence of the American Midwest has something to do with the current state of affairs between men and women. Is passion alive and well on the prairie? Could the Minnesota climate have some effect on character? This video movie is a wry, modernistic essay on American men. The tone is humorous. The intent is dead serious.
