Koniec : genre theatre

Koniec is the word which appears at the end of polish films. Koniec (theatre genre) is a group of creation, with actors, a little girl, an umbrella pine, 30 tons of sand, a desk, a lot of music, a shall wooden stage, and audience served with food, a portrait of D. Staline, scenes from the seagull by Tchekov, reminiscences from commedia dell’arte wild flowers and the TV. Koniec, the film, is an absurd and illusory attempt to participate to this “unacceptable mourning” for theatre, he is an act of love and nothing else.
