Hostage drama of Gladbeck

During a bank robbery in a West German town several people were taken hostage by two criminals. For a few days the robbers escaped with their hostagesin car or bus through West Germany and the Netherlands. Approached by journalists they had the opportunity to give liveTV interviewsand use the press as negotiating party rather than a very confused police force.
