Handful of Dust

“Handful of Dust” is an adaptation of a short by Amadou Hampate BA. This short story describes relations between the rich and the poor in our society. It teaches that we can´t live forever depending on the generosity of others... like the old lumberjack (the story´s seemingly vulnerable character), one has to rely on one´s own work. The movie stresses this point with wisdom and humor.
