Simple Swedish people appreciated the film and said that they couldn´t believe something so 'far out' was actually allowed to be shown. In the art journal Konstperspektiv, art critic Folke Edwards wrote that ' Erland Vcullberg almost crawled out of the TV set, and if that´s true , the film does have some merit'.
