Dream Tangos

Dance, painting, music, testimonies and film fiction are used to evoke a mythical or a real story, that of a nameless, beautiful woman who uselessly waited for the famous Argentinian tango singer Carlos Gardel. The story takes place at twilight in the nostalgic streets of Havana during the thirties. But more than a fictional or a real story, “Dream Tangos” tries to reveal the mystery of human destiny. Impossible meetings, imagined farewells and lost loves tremble in the thin mist of a river, in memories in nostalgia and time: in MUSIC.
