Deadly dreams - Harlequin wants to be Samourai

The program is a film fantasy, a dream vision basing on musical themes without commentary or spoken word. Its innovative character partly results from the confrontation of two cultural words: - the world of Samurai and the old Venetian culture. Elements of Japanese butôth dance are put in relation to “Commedia dell’Arte and “Harlequin” ways of expression. Orient meets occident in dance, play and music.
