Dancing outlaw

This show is a revealing portrait of the nearly extinct American “hillbilly” culture. Jesse White’s life has been an uphill battle against abject poverty, alcohol and drug abuse, petty crime, and mental instability. Through it all he still struggles to live up to his father’s legacy as the finest mountain dancer in Appalachia. He depends on Jesus, Elvis Presley, and his wife to help him reach this goal.
