An experimental film about 4 metamorphoses observed backwards and with interchanged narration. The film is based on two hypotheses: 1) Like the telescope and the microscope, the camera is a scientific instrument allowing us to explore new aspects of reality, especially movement. High-speed and time- lapse recording have unveiled phenomena so far unknown, and likewise certain metamorphoses observed backwards may unveil other aspects of reality. 2) Watching pictures of one action while listening to narration about something else may create two different streams of consciousness, which together -if they are somehow related- may produce a third, quite new mental experience. In this programme the 4 metamorphoses thus reversed and mixed are: a dull young girl being made up beatifully. A big villa being demolished. 5 hyacinth developing from bulbs to flowers. A pig being slaughtered and cut up. The whole is a story about man´blind creativity.
