Andrew O’Connor and Annabel Giles welcome you to COME ON DOWN AND OUT, television’s first game show for the homeless. A superb, fully equipped modern home is up for grabs this evening and three contestants will battle it out for the chance to move in.The contestants’ hard luck stories on tonight’s show include a young woman who lives in a hostel and has recently become pregnant for the second time, a young man who has lived on the streets for the last three years and a man in his 50s who lost his business and his home because of the recession.Recorded in front of live audience, COME ON DOWN AND OUT breaks new ground for game shows but like all great shows only one person can win, and so two people may face life back on the street if they get the answers to a preliminary round of questions wrong!Contestants will also be asked to BUILD THE BASH –a shelter from wood, plastic and cardboard—all against the clock!Our concealed cameras caught all of our contestant unawares for special “What happen next” round. Can contestants guess what each other did next? Finally, a quick-fire round of questions from the audience will decide the winner.
