Close harmony

A sensitive and real look at the perceptions of the old by the young, and the reverse, through the words of the participants of an “intergenerational” choral group. The documentary follows the rehearsals of each group separately; their getting to know each other through a “pen-pal” campaign; their meeting each other for the first time; the final joint rehearsals and the show itself. The conclusion: Fear of the unknown transformed into loving and caring friendships. What is the significance of the program for input? While it will appeal to all audiences, it may be of special use to community groups who want an example of how to bring children and senior citizens closer together.
